Hello, I’m Mig.

The Desk is where I keep my writing — essays on business and leadership, reviews of the films I’m watching, and cold-brew tasting notes under the name Malamig Brew.

I spent 20+ years building brands and leading teams, and I write to think out loud about the work: what clarity costs, why org charts leak into your branding, and what leaders are actually paid for. The film reviews and coffee notes are where I go to breathe.

This site is the new home for that writing. It used to live on Substack; now it lives on a domain I own.
